Our preheating boilers are built with the best efficiency and quality.

All our boilers are built with outer plates in very good corrosion resistance. They are also well insulated both around as well as insulated with 100mm insulation in the lid.

Our pots have combustion chambers that are built in high-temperature oven plate to get the best efficiency and durability.

They are also built with a spiral stirrer to get the most efficient stirring of the material as possible.

The stirrer are well-supported with two radial bearings and one thrust bearing.

We use Danfoss hydraulic motors on all our boilers.

It is also possible to get these in boiler-packs, e.g. two 800L.

They are then placed on a stand of good quality and with quick and simple fasteners to be able to easily fix the stand if necessary.

Outlet for boiler

 If an outlet valve is needed for your boiler, it can be obtained as either manual, pneumatic or hydraulic.

Burner

 We use Riello burners on all of our boilers which the option is applied on. 

Immersion heater

 Immersion heater for weekend downtime means the boiler with material can be heated significantly faster when the jobs are about to start.
